  • Why should I use a plan manager?
    Having a plan manager takes the stress and hassle out of managing your NDIS plan. For example, I will handle a range of tasks including claiming funds from the NDIS, paying the service providers, and monitoring your NDIS budget, among many others.
  • Does plan management cost anything?
    The service is completely free of charge as long as your NDIS plan includes ‘Improved Life Choices’ or 'Choice and Control' which is the support category that NDIS plan management falls under.
  • How are my providers paid?
    When your providers submit their invoices, the funds are claimed against the service bookings I made with NDIS. The NDIS will release these funds as soon as possible and your provider can be paid within 5 business days or less.
  • Can I change plan managers and use Empower You Plan Management?
    Absolutely! You will need to notify your existing plan manager by sending a Notice of Termination email / letter and request your existing plan manager to cancel their service bookings. Once done, you can complete the registration process with Empower You Plan Management and I can start to manage your plan.
  • How do I sign up to Empower You Plan Management?
    Simply head to my REGISTER page and follow the instructions. Once I verify your registration, I will send you a welcome email and you can start uploading invoices for payment straight away!
  • How can I track my invoices and funding?
